BMW K1200R Power Cup race bike (2005)

Here we have a great opportunity to own a bit of BMW history.
What a machine, the K1200R Power Cup bikes were produced by the BMW factory for the one make series which backed up the European legs of the MOTO GP racing in 2005/6. They have a great spec, carbon everywhere, Brembo brakes, WP suspension, adjustable rear sets, quick shifter, 2D race dash and lap timer, Laser exhaust and remap where power was upped to 175BHP! The original BMW build sheet is present confirming it was built with the Power Cup kit from new. This bike was never raced in period but was the BMW promo bike for the series, it was though used by Jeremy Mcwilliams to race up the hill at the Festival Of Speed.
The bike was owned by BMW until 2019 where it went into private ownership.
It’s in fantastic condition throughout, this would make a great addition to any bike/car collection, or rock up to a trackway with it and be the coolest cat in the paddock in amongst the sea of GSXR/S1000RR’s.

The bike isn’t currently nor has it ever been road registered with the DVLA, vin/engine numbers are all original and match up with the BMW paperwork from BMW so if you so wished you could register it you would be able to without much trouble.
