Description
2008 Aprilia Tuono Factory, our bike has covered 17k miles and has been very well look after over these miles.
The bike has a great service history with intervals at the following mileages, 585 miles, 3000 miles, 9351 miles, 11392 miles, 12300 miles, 14762 miles (which was in 2021 at AP workshops and included valve clearances) and then at 17030 miles in Feb 2024 which included oil & filter, plugs, air filter clean, caliper pistons cleaned and a new set of tyres.
The current owner took the bike on in 2021 and then sent it to AP for the valve clearances, in the same year it had the brake calipers removed cleaned and rebuilt with new seals, dogbone link removed and rebuilt with new bearings and seals plus new bearings and seals to the rear wheel. Late in 2021 it also had a new stator and reg/rec fitted, head bearings adjusted, fuel filter and gasket replaced and tea bag filter cleaned. So as you can see its been very looked after over the years and it shows, it runs and rides extremely well, fires on the button and goes just as it should.
It also has a few choice extras fitted including the Akrapovic exhausts, ASV levers, oxford heated grips, smoked fly screen, adjustable rearsets and bobbins.
Present with the bike are 2 keys, owners manual, service book, all old MOT certificates and whole wad of paperwork for service items and spare parts bought over the years.
